Cashmere Art and Activity Center Gallery Director Artie Bowman has a new show coming in this week end and requests that artists currently showing at the gallery schedule to pick up current work and bring in any new work that they may be placing in the new show. Current featured artist Jon Browder has had a very successful two month run as have the other artists currently exhibiting. Yours truly will be the featured artist at Cashmere Art and Activity Center for the months of March and April. Let’s hope that goes as well as the previous featured artist shows by Jon Browder and Martha Flores. A number of Oil paintings by the one and only Walter Graham are still on exhibit and I for one sincerely hope that the next show will also have some of his work on display. It is truly a feather in the collective cap of the CAAC gallery to be able to show his work. It is my understanding from speaking with Artie Bowman that a feature article is to be done with photos by the Wenatchee World sometime soon. I can’t wait to read it when it comes out.
