Everyday Business | Bank's top exec to talk about company growth

WENATCHEE — The head honcho of Glacier Bancorp, the parent company of North Cascades Bank, will be featured speaker at the next presentation of the CEO Insights Seminar Series.

Mick Blodnick, president and CEO of Montana-based Glacier, will speak about the three decades of growth for his banking company — from $100 million to $8.5 billion in assets — through mergers, acquisitions and an innovative company culture.

Hosted by Wenatchee consulting firm McQuaig & Welk, the event begins with refreshments at 4 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Riverside Playhouse, 223-B N. Wenatchee Ave. Blodnick is scheduled to speak at 4:30 p.m.

Tickets are $15, with proceeds going to the The Apple Leaf, the student newspaper at Wenatchee High School.
