Which wine? I'm going through a Southern Rhone stage right now, and some very good ones are being made here in Washington - some, up here in NCW. For a long time, however, we have been fans of the wines from Tablas Creek in Paso Robles, CA, and we had one Esprit de Beaucastel 2004 remaining in the cellar. This seemed like as good a time as any to drink it.
