Imagine having a $21 million budget to balance, hundreds of employees, 110 miles of roads to maintain and a city infrastructure to manage. Students from Wenatchee High School got the opportunity to take on this challenge during an all-day budget simulation with the City of Wenatchee Oct. 22.
