In April my husband and I had the pleasure of going to Haiti to help build a school for children. While we were there, we had an interpreter — they called him Absolu. This young man was vibrant, funny and very encouraging to be around.
Once upon a time there was a young man who had everything — a loving family, great friends, awesome teachers and so much more. As he grew into his teenage years, his friends started making new friends, his parents got a divorce and he despised his teachers. Life just didn’t seem so great after all.
I was driving home one day a couple of weeks ago when I came around the corner and right in front of me was a beautiful rainbow. The biggest, colorful rainbow I had ever seen.
