Everyday Business | Home sales still sizzling

In case you’re counting, Wenatchee-market homes priced at $350,000 and less sold in May at a rate of about 65 per month, according to the most recent report from Pacific Appraisal Associates. Year-to-date unit sales were up 19 percent to 355. Year-to-date dollar volume was up 24 percent to hit $93.5 million. Median price was up 9 percent to $242,900. Listings in May were up 47 percent to 153. Listings year-to-date were up 24 percent to to 609.
