In October 2007, the mergence of two ex-Boston punk bands occurred thus forming "Have Nots". The band, a four piece punk band with ska overtones, consists of Jon Cauztik vocals and guitar, Matt Pruitt guitar, Jameson Hollis bass and Steve Patton on drums.

They have released two albums on the "Paper + Plastick" label with the first being "Serf City USA" in 2009 and their latest "Proud" in 2011. Being from Boston themselves, they have toured with such Boston greats as "The Mighty Mighty Bosstones", "Big D And The Kids Table", "Street Dogs" and the infamous "Dropkick Murphy's". In the fall of 2010 they did their own headlining tour in Europe.

Off of their first album "Serf U.S.A." 2009 is "Used To Be"

Also off of their first album is "Poisoned Antidote".

And then off of their latest album "Proud" 2011 is "Louieville Slugger", a personal favorite.

While currently there is no touring going on, I am hopeful that they will embark on a tour in the near future. I really wish that this is the type of band that Warped Tour would put on their tour instead of your screaming metal / emo bands, you know, the way punk used to and should be.
