Calling all local wineries. Time is running out to get your wines entered in the 3rd annual North Central Washington Wine Awards.

Entries should be delivered to the Wenatchee World office by this Friday.

There is no cost to enter. If you need special arrangements or a little more time, call Marco Martinez at 664-7149.

All submitted wines will go through a double blind judging June 5 by a panel of eight qualified experts picked by Great Northwest Wine and Foothills magazine.

Medal winners will be announced during the 2013 NCW Wine Awards Gala event Aug. 10 at the Town Toyota Center.

Winners will be featured in the September/October edition of Foothills magazine, which will be widely distributed locally and statewide.

This is a time for your wines to shine and be a part of raising the profile of the NCW wine region.

For complete information on how to enter, applications, the judging process and judge profiles, check out the NCW Wine Awards website: www.ncwwineawards.com
