Landlubbers looking for a feast of the Seven Seas may want to head to White Heron Cellars Saturday. Yes, the ship has come in and it's time for the Trinidad winery's annual Shellfish Festival.

Winemaster Cameron Fries has arranged to bring in three different kinds of oysters, as well as clams and mussels for the sixth staging of the slimy event. There will also chili and other appetizers from Three B's Catering for those who don't crave dishes that focus on sea creatures.

Oysters raw or grilled on the half shell as well as other dishes and White Heron wines and beers will be for sale and original rock music will be provided by Theodore and the Meteors. A $10 door fee goes to the Columbia Basin rock band.

The festival gets started at 3 p.m Saturday and runs to about 7 p.m. White Heron is located at 23832 Fine Wine Rd., off Stuhlmiller Road between East Wenatchee and Quincy.
