When Don West was announced as the Wenatchee Wild's new director of sales and marketing, I couldn't wait to see video of the legendary Shop at Home pitchman and wrestling announcer shilling merch from the Wild's team store.

Well, the wait is over.

The Wild have released the first episode of "Don West and Clarky Live!" where West and Wild assistant head coach Chris Clark do a drawing for opening-night tickets and (what else?) shill some merch. It's not a bad way to waste 5 1/2 minutes, I tells ya.

You may remember Clarky from his genius YouTube show "Clarky's Corner," where he more or less interviewed/grilled/mercilessly ridiculed Wild players and employees. He's got a ways to go in this pairing with West, however. It can't be easy matching that signature Don West intensity.
