Evaluation and recommendation for hotel-motel tax-supported functions and convention center operations

Hovee & Company, LLC conducted a financial and operational analysis of facilities and organizations that are current or future users of City of Wenatchee hotel-motel tax funds in order to recommend the best overall use and investment of these funds and analyzed the operations of hotel-motel tax supported functions including available revenue sources and expenses in order to establish the best operating model for future management and operations.
