    Cashmere Valley Bank, one of the Title Sponsors for the Independence Day Celebration, is inviting you to join them for breakfast on the 4th of July at the Community Kitchen inside Pybus at 7:00-10:30AM. Show your Veteran ID and receive breakfast on the hosts! All others are only $5 each for homemade pancakes, scrambled eggs and ham, along with some other options including yogurt and granola. All proceeds raised will go to support our local Veteran’ programs and services.

    River Run on the Fourth Thumbnail
    The fifth-annual River Run will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2015, in conjunction with the Wenatchee Fourth of July Celebration at Pybus Market. The three courses — 10-Mile, 10K and 5K — are on a paved trail along the Columbia River and feature flat sections, rollers and a few hills. Walkers are encouraged to participate in all three events. Strolling along the river is a pastime of many!

    The Stars, Bars, & Classic Cars Car Show is in conjunction with the July 4th Celebration in George, WA. The day begins with the Cherry Bomb Fun Run, followed by a parade at 10:00. Car Show begins at 11:00 am with awards at 3:00 pm. All day entertainment in the park, food booths, craft booths and what would a celebration in George, WA be without the World's Largest Cherry Pie! Enjoy a family day in the park with fireworks at dusk.

    Old Blue Tractor Tours at Wedge Mountain Winery Thumbnail
    Sitting on straw bales on the orchard trailer (the same straw bales that were used to construct our building), pulled by the antique Fordson Dexta tractor, enjoy the tour through orchard, vineyard, and beyond with winemaker Charlie. Charlie will discuss growing grapes, fruit, and making wine, and answer your questions! $12 includes tour and a glass of wine; kids are free accompanied by an adult. Tours take place Saturdays and Sundays, on the hour, at 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm.
