Lucille Mae Harmon

Lucille Mae Harmon, 87, of Bridgeport, died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2005 at her home.

She was born in Decatur, Ill., and later moved to St. Louis, Mo., where she worked as a registered nurse. In 1949, she moved to the Northwest, living in Tacoma, Vantage and Hermiston, Ore., before settling in Bridgeport in 1964.

Survivors include her husband, John Rex Harmon of Bridgeport; six children, Ruth Ann Townsend of Baker, Ore., Mary Jane Sletten of Las Cruces, N.M., Myra Hall of Anderson, Ind., Rex Harmon of Index, John Paul Harmon of Corvallis, Ore., and Peter Harmon of Tacoma.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Barnes Funeral Home in Brewster. Committal service and Interment will follow at the Bridgeport cemetery.
