Richard "Dick" Fagg Wenatchee

Richard "Dick" Papa Fagg was born June 6, 1936, in LaCrosse, WA. He passed, surrounded by his family, on December 27, 2007. He was the son of Buck and Thelma Fagg and was raised in Pullman, WA. He graduated from Pullman High School in 1956. After graduation, he received a football scholarship to Wenatchee Valley College. He served in Special Services in the Army from 1958 to 1960. Upon returning to Pullman, he married Kaye Healy in June of 1961, and they have resided in the Wenatchee Valley since. Dick has been employed in the Fruit Industry for over 40 years in the Wenatchee Valley. Not only was he successful in his endeavors, he also was a mentor to many. Recently retired, Dick took great pleasure in following the activities of his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Kaye; two sons, Kyle and wife, Margaret and Kip and wife, Deena; four grandchildren, Cassidy "CJ", Kevin, Jeddediah and Jaxxon; and his sisters, Janet Neely and Patsy Perman. A Celebration of Dick's Life will be held at the Wenatchee Golf and Country Club on Wednesday, January 2, 2008, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to our local Salvation Army. Services are under the care of Jones & Jones ~ Betts Funeral Home.
