Dale Yarbrough
Monday, December 14, 2009
Dale Yarbrough, age 50, of Ione, WA and formerly of East Wenatchee, passed away recently in Spokane, after an extended illness. Dale spent most of his life working in food processing in Wenatchee at Tree Top, Glico, Bluebird, Chief Wenatchee and Skookum, wherever and whenever the work was available. He enjoyed driving forklift in shipping and receiving and took his work seriously, but he liked to have fun and joke around with other employees. He worked in CA storage and was a dryer operator for a long time. He loved camping in the mountains, fishing, snow skiing and snowmobiling, and he enjoyed having his family close.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley Yarbrough and two brothers, David and Martin, all of Ione; his son, Michael Dean Yarbrough of Wenatchee; two daughters, Angela Yarbrough of Wenatchee and Jaclyn Yarbrough of Ferndale; four granddaughters; and five nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Mike; two brothers, Dean and Jack; and his grandparents, Doug and Lou Hanna.
Services have already been held.
