The Confluence Vocal Octet sings “Gaudete!” for its annual Christmas concert at Wenatchee’s First United Methodist Church on Tuesday.

Wenatchee’s singing ensemble performs its annual Christmas concert, showcasing the seasonal composition “Gaudete!” by Anders Ohrwall. Dan Jackson conducts and instrumentalists Beth Jensen, Cathy Lau, Sarah Kintner and Jessica Wardle accompany. Members of the octet include Deborah Cahill, Barry Heminger, Briar Hoper, Ron Lodge, Ruth Parsons, Douglas Randall, Mary Resk and Kent Salter. They open the concert with a program of traditional Christmas tunes.

The Wenatchee Valley chorus dives into two seasonal vocal classics, both accompanied by orchestra. Get advance tickets at Avalon Music in Wenatchee, Eastmont Pharmacy in East Wenatchee and Doane’s Valley Pharmacy in Cashmere.
