Corinne Lucille (Daniels) Wierman died of natural causes on July 1, 2009, in Medical Lake, WA. She was 75 years old and was married 50 years to Eddie "Dave" Wierman, who passed away in 2002. She is survived by her four adult children, Richard Wierman, his wife, Maureen and family in Redmond; Gary Wierman, his wife, Margaret and family in Kirkland; Michael Wierman, his wife, Donna and family in Woodinville; and Linda Wierman and her family in Ephrata. She is also survived by her brother, Robert Daniels of Cathedral City, CA; and his son, James Daniels, his wife, Jean and family in Renton. She leaves ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.Corinne was born January 2, 1934, and was raised in Yakima, WA by James Wesley "Wes" and Myrtle Daniels and graduated from Davis High School in 1952. She was an honor student and excelled in singing and academics. She married Dave Wierman on April 6, 1952. They made a life together in the farming industry and raised their four children in the Quincy area. They were longtime residents there for over 40 years. She loved her family and took care of them the best she could, during both good and difficult times. Even through recurring bouts of mental illness, long stays in hospitals and meager financial means, she remained positive and was loved by all who knew her. Corinne had a joyful attitude and a serving heart, always making people feel welcome and appreciated.We, the family, would like to thank all the friends and neighbors of Corinne for their love and help over the years. The Quincy area residents were so kind to her and understanding of her illness. We also want to thank the staff at Eastern State Hospital for their love and care for Corinne, not only over the last nine years, but for the many times Corinne was a patient there. Your love and care for Corinne is appreciated, as you treated her as family. We are greatly indebted to your dedication to her care.She will be Remembered and Honored at her Service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2009, at Scharbach's Columbia Funeral Home, 300 G Street SE, Quincy. All are invited. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, Dave, at the Quincy Valley Cemetery.
