Charles O. “Chuck” Morgan, 98, of Wenatchee, died Friday, Oct. 30, 2009.
He was a former longtime resident of Kirkland and had lived in Wenatchee since February. He had been the publisher of the Eastside Journal newspaper in Kirkland for 30 years, retiring in 1976, and was a founder of the Kirkland Performing Arts Center.
Survivors include his sons, Doug Morgan of Wenatchee and Greg Morgan of San Jose, Calif.
A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 13 at the Kirkland Performing Arts Center.
Arrangements are assisted by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
