Batcheller — 50th

Harold and Marilyn Batcheller of East Wenatchee will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary during a party from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Sunnyslope Brethren Church, 3330 School St.
The event is being planned by their daughter and son-in-law, Annette and Lonnie Williams of John Day, Ore.
They are also the parents of another daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Kevin Gallaher of Keizer, Ore., and a son and daughter-in-law, Marvin and Darcy Batcheller of Entiat.
The family requests no gifts.
Marilyn Voris and Harold Batcheller were married Nov. 28, 1959, at the Omak Methodist Church.
The couple have lived in Omak, Wenatchee and East Wenatchee during their marriage.
He worked at Suggs Tire Service in Wenatchee and Biles-Coleman Lumber Co. in Omak.
She worked at Thriftway in Omak, as a school bus driver for the Wenatchee School District and as a Loomis courier.
They work as summer campground hosts in Randle and spend their winter months in Arizona.
The Batchellers have six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
