Museum to hold flag-folding ceremony on Veterans Day

WENATCHEE — The Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center will observe Veterans Day with a flag-folding ceremony from 10:15 to 10:45 a.m. Nov. 11 at 127 S. Mission St.

Fredi Simpson and members of Boy Scout Troop No. 7 will demonstrate the proper technique for handling, folding, presenting and displaying the American flag. There is no cost to attend the ceremony.

The ceremony will be over in time to walk over to Memorial Park for Wenatchee’s Veterans Day parade.
