WENATCHEE — Wenatchee Wild defenseman Kyle Brodie was named the NAHL’s West Division Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 26-Nov. 1.

Brodie had two goals and three assists in the Wild’s weekend sweep of Wichita Falls. He had two assists in Friday’s 6-5 win, then had two goals and an assist in the first period of Saturday’s 4-2 victory.

“He’s playing with confidence and making assertive plays with the puck and has been a major reason for our success so far,” Wild associate head coach Ryan McKelvie told the league’s Web site.
