5400 block Tigner Avenue, Cashmere: Windshield and back window broken out of vehicle, reported Nov. 10.
Sex offender alert
600 block West Manson Road, Chelan: Elijah Stanford, a convicted sex offender, has moved into the area, Chelan County sheriff’s deputies said. He is a Level 3 offender, considered to be high risk to reoffend. He was convicted of child molestation in the first degree in Walla Walla County in 1998 and has a 1994 conviction for indecent exposure in Mississippi. 150 1st Street Southeast, Exterior Solutions: Items taken, reported Nov. 9.
2300 block Sunset Highway: Window to shop forced open, several items taken including cash, knives, digital camera, PlayStation and iPod, reported Nov. 10.
Vehicle prowls
900 block North Baker Avenue: Subwoofers and speakers taken from unlocked vehicle, reported Nov. 9.
Thefts
10 block South Stark Avenue: Yamaha 8-horsepower, 4-stroke boat motor, TR1 autopilot system taken, reported, Nov. 10.
Superior Court
Eric J. Webster, 60, Great Falls, Mont.: Pleaded guilty Nov. 9 to felony possession of marijuana (over 40 grams), reduced from possession of marijuana with intent to manufacture or deliver and was sentenced to 30 days of electronic home monitoring, one year of community custody and $1,800 in fines and fees.
Robert G. Brohaugh, 60, Great Falls, Mont.: Pleaded guilty Nov. 9 to felony possession of marijuana (over 40 grams), reduced from possession of marijuana with intent to manufacture or deliver and was sentenced to 30 days of electronic home monitoring, one year of community custody and $1,800 in fines and fees.
Randall Richard Collier, 20, Moses Lake: Pleaded guilty Nov. 9 to first-degree criminal trespass, reduced from second-degree burglary, and second-degree theft and was sentenced to three months in jail and $1,800 in fines and fees.
William Fredy Cruz-Amaya, 24, Wenatchee: Pleaded guilty Nov. 9 to use of drug paraphernalia, reduced from possession of cocaine with intent to manufacture or deliver, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended and credit for two days served, 24 months of bench supervision and $1,050 in fines and fees.
Tyler Anthony Wilson, 23, Wenatchee: Pleaded guilty Nov. 9 to violation of a domestic violence no-contact order and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, 24 months of community custody and $1,800 in fines and fees.
