Justin W. Sibley, 20, Moses Lake: Pleaded guilty Nov. 16 to second-degree complicity to theft and was sentenced to two months in jail and $1,050 in fines and fees.
Rene T. Valladolid, 38, Wenatchee: Pleaded guilty Nov. 16 to conspiracy to unlawful delivery of cocaine and was sentenced to six months in jail, one year of community custody and $1,850 in fines and fees.

Malicious mischief
500 block East Birch Street, Waterville: Rear tires slashed, reported Nov. 14.
Superior Court
Andrew Jordan Shepherd, 24, Wen- atchee: Pleaded guilty Nov. 16 to one count of third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence), one count of fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and three counts of third-degree malicious mischief and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 20 days of electronic home monitoring, 24 months of bench supervision and $6,560.16 in fines and fees.
Drew Charles Crossley, 23, East Wenatchee: Pleaded guilty Nov. 16 to possession of a controlled substance, Zanax, and third-degree possession of stolen property and was sentenced to 20 days in jail with credit for time served, 24 months of community custody and $1,700 in fines and fees. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed.
