Crista Stuart and Kevin Ochsner, both of Kirkland, have announced their engagement and plans for a summer 2010 wedding.
She is the daughter of Carla and Glenn Stuart of Wenatchee. His parents are Emily Orzech and Russell Ochsner of Bellevue.
She graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1994, from Wenatchee Valley College with an associate degree in 1996 and from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish in 1999. She is an operations supervisor for the U.S. Social Security Administration in the Seattle area.
He graduated from Newport High School in 1997 and from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science in 2001. He is a software developer for Microsoft in Redmond.
