Vern H. Cox, 73, of Wenatchee, died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2009.
He was a lifelong resident of Wenatchee. He had worked for the Burlington Northern Railroad and later owned and operated C&D Repair in Wenatchee.
Survivors include his mother, Ruth Cox of Wenatchee; his children, Elizabeth Ann Anderson of Gig Harbor, Alicia Ramalho of Puyallup and Vernon Cox of Wenatchee; and his brother, James “Jimmy” Cox of East Wenatchee.
A reception for family and friends will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Jones & Jones-Betts Funeral Home in Wenatchee.
Arrangements are by Jones & Jones-Betts Funeral Home.
