Wallace Ray Bushman

Wallace Ray Bushman, 60, of the Quincy-George area, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2010. He was born on March 11, 1950, to Martin D. and Lucile (Ray) Bushman at Snow Flake, AZ. The family moved to the Quincy area in 1952. Wallace attended school, graduating from Quincy High School in 1968; he attended Brigham Young University at Provo, UT. Wallace married Jean Cooke on May 18, 1976, at Cardston Temple, Alberta, Canada. He farmed in the Quincy-George area for 30 years, before working for Ford New Holland as a mechanic, for the past 6 years he had been employed by the City of George.
Wallace is survived by his wife: Jean Bushman of Quincy, mother: Lucile Bushman of Quincy, children: Heather Schaefer of Spokane, Kyle Bushman of Quincy, Anna Pruett of Boise, ID, Ester Bushman of Rexburg, ID, Maria Bushman, Karl Bushman, Carter Bushman, Spencer Bushman, Trevor Bushman and Tanner Bushman all of Quincy and 4 grandchildren, sister: Marlue Perkins of Centerville, UT, brothers; Marion Bushman of Salt Lake City, UT, Earl Bushman of Everett, Max Bushman of Morgan Hill, CA and Ronald Bushman of Logan, UT.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 30, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Quincy. Viewing will be held from 10:00 -10:45 on Monday in the Relief Society Room at the church. Concluding services and Dedication of Grave will follow at the Quincy Valley Cemetery. The family suggests that memorials be made to Friends of Scouting. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Scharbach's Columbia Funeral Chapel, Quincy.
