Larry R. Howe, 64, of Quincy, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009.

He grew up in Othello and was a longtime Quincy resident.

Survivors include his mother, Ann Howe of Burbank; his brothers, Rodger Howe of Moses Lake and Dale Howe of Warden; and his sister, Linda Waters of the Tri-Cities.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Quincy. Arrangements are by Scharbach’s Columbia Funeral Chapel, Quincy.
