Lois E. Boyd, 80, of Wenatchee, died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, at her home.
She was a longtime resident of Wenatchee. She had worked for GTE in Wenatchee and Moses Lake, and had been a secretary for the U.S. Postal Service.
Survivors include her children, Jeffrey Farmer and Jody McAlexander, both of Wenatchee, and Kris Hill of Lynnwood; her sisters, Ole Seibert and Sandy Oakes, both of East Wenatchee, Lena Asher and Linda Rash, both of Wenatchee, and Carol Newton of Moses Lake; and her brothers, Tom Hickman of Moses Lake, Joe Hickman of East Wenatchee and Darrel Hickman of Tonasket.
A commemoration service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Eastmont Community Church, 783 4th St. N.E. in East Wenatchee, Pastor Dale Cook officiating.
Arrangements are assisted by Heritage Memorial Chapel, East Wenatchee.
