Patricia Eleanor Cummings
Sunday, January 10, 2010
Patricia Eleanor Cummings, 79, a longtime resident of Wenatchee, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2010, at home. She was born on July 17, 1930, at Denver, CO, the daughter of John and Helen Russell of Arizona. She had many jobs over the years, from an undercover police officer to working at Hughes Aircraft, but I think the job she loved the most was being a Mom, Grandmother and a friend. She loved to work on her dolls and do handwork for her family to enjoy.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Yolanda Carol and Richard “Pete” Peterson of Entiat, WA; and two sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy and Macel Cummings of Wenatchee and Daniel and Melody Cummings of Tacoma, WA; her brothers, Robert Russell and Jon Russell Jr., both of Arizona; her sisters, Katherine Wilson and Mary Perkins of California and Audrey Kibbel of Arizona; 12 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Cummings; a grandson, Sean Peterson; a son, Michael Cummings; two brothers, Bill Russell and John Russell; and a sister, Barbara Russell. She is loved very much and will be missed. She has gone to be with our Dad.
A Private Family Service will be held.
