Isabelle V. Hiltz

Isabelle V. (Crook) Hiltz was born May 23, 1924, in Wenatchee WA. She passed suddenly on January 7, 2010, in Edmonds, WA. She attended Wenatchee High and graduated from Everett High in 1942. She worked at Sea First Bank for seven years, before becoming a full time Mom and homemaker. She was an Arizona snowbird for 20 years, but the last 12 she was a companion to her two granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 30+ years, L. H. Hiltz; and two brothers, Arthur and Howard Crook. She is survived by her two sons, Larry and Garry Hiltz; two granddaughters, Sarah and Odessa Hiltz of Lynnwood; and a sister, Etha Ellingsen of Oregon. She also has many extended relatives in surrounding states.
A Celebration of her Life will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2010, at 1 p.m., at the Alderwood Court Hospitality Room, 18429 36th Avenue West, Lynnwood, WA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
