WENATCHEE — Tyler Farrar entered the Tour de France with high hopes, and the city of Wenatchee has been rooting him on with every turn of the bike pedal. However, a crash in stage 2 of the tour left the 26-year-old sprint specialist with a fractured left wrist, a sprained left elbow, and various other bumps, bruises, and contusions. And even though he decided to start today’s stage 3, questions remain about whether he can finish the tour.
