Sex offender alert

2500 block Highway 28, East Wenatchee: Ruben C. Wilson, 32, has moved into the area. Wilson was convicted in 1993 of first-degree rape of a child and first-degree child molestation. 2700 block Sunset Highway, East Wenatchee: James W. Fox, 76, has moved into the area. Fox was convicted of first-degree child molestation and has a multi-year history of sexually abusing children. 100 block 27th Street Northeast, East Wenatchee: Erasmo J. Badillo-Eccles, 23, has moved into the area. He was convicted of communication with a minor for immoral purposes and indecent exposure. He is to have no contact with females under 18 and may not enter or remain on the grounds of a school, park, playground or any other place where minor children congregate.
