Rosettie H. (Flieger) Hamon Parker

Rosettie H. (Flieger) Hamon Parker, born April 30, 1915, to Louis C. and Hattie Belle Flieger, entered into rest on March 6, 2010, at home. She was the sixth of 15 children born to them. She was born at home in Moscow, ID. Rosettie married Ernest D. Hamon on Friday, July 13, 1934, in Moscow, ID. God gifted them with two children, Francis H. Hamon and Rosetta Pearl (Hamon) Davis. Ernest passed away on January 9, 1978. Rosettie married A. Stanley Parker on April 30, 1979, giving her two step-children, John Parker and Winsome Copeman, both of Australia. Stan passed away December 31, 2001. Rosettie committed her life to the Lord as a young girl and was true to that commitment for about 80 years. She was in fellowship with a worldwide body of Christians. Rosettie owned and operated Rosettie's Dress Shop in Omak for 40 years.

She is survived by her son, Dr. Francis (Sandra) Hamon of Phoenix, AZ; daughter, Rosetta Davis of Omak; sister, Florence Thornton of Oroville; brothers, Norman (Margaret) Flieger of Federal Way and Delbert (Evie) Flieger of Placerville, CA; six grandchildren and their spouses; step-son, John and stepdaughter, Winsome Copeman, both of Australia; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; 11 sisters and brothers; and one grandson.

Services will be held Saturday, March 13, 2010, at 11:00 a.m., at the Precht-Harrison-Nearents Chapel. Visitation will be held Friday, March 12, at the Chapel from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Interment will be held at the Omak City Cemetery. Donations to your choice of charity are suggested. Precht-Harrison-Nearents Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
