Joanne Marie Blackburn, 78, of Chelan, died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010.

She was a longtime resident of Manson and Chelan and had worked at GTE Telephone Co. and had run a day-care business.

Survivors include her children, Dave Blackburn and Steve Blackburn, both of Chelan, Richard Ward of Richland, Joanne Jabbar of Chelan, Rhonda Ketron of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Denise Ward of Puyallup, Nola Robertson of Tukwila, and Larry Blackburn Jr., of Burbank.

A tribute service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Precht Rose Chapel in Chelan with interment to follow at Fraternal Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Precht Rose Chapel, Chelan.
