Charles Allen Martin, 73, of Moses Lake, died Monday, Sept. 13, 2010.

He had lived in Moses Lake for 10 years and was a longtime water treatment chemist for the city of Walla Walla.

Survivors include his children, Charles Martin Jr. and Scott Martin; and his sister, Patsy O’Dell of Renton.

Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
