EAST WENATCHEE — An East Wenatchee man hoped a strip of nails would flatten tires of people going to what he thought was an illegal drug house. Instead, they flattened a tire on a Link Transit van on Thursday. Don Culp, undersheriff with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, said the man who put out the nails thinks people living in a nearby house are selling drugs. The man, who lives in the 10 block of McElmurray Lane Northeast, had become upset because numerous people were parking near his residence and then walking to the house.
