I had the pleasure of knowing Frank for most of my life and also worked with him at B&F Dist. Frank taught me and my family a lot. He was a good friend, a tough but fair boss and an admired businessman. Whenever I hear a story about the rough-tough-gruff teddy bear of a man, I think of Frank. He always called us "Pal" and treated us right. Last time I saw him was at my dad's funeral last year, and I snuck up on him and gave him a hug and a kiss. He said, "who the hell just kissed me?" Then he saw me and said, "Oh, it's you. You can do that."
He was a good man and I'll always be thankful to have had the chance to know him. He's probably arguing with the Lord right now. Condolences to John, Sporty and family.
