Young crash victim dies at Seattle hospital

A 3-year-old Chelan girl injured in a rollover accident Sunday afternoon near Peshastin has died.

Kaur-Dhaliwal Gursees died Wednesday night, according to a spokeswoman at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. The child was injured when a car driven by Singh Prabhsharan, 38, of Chelan, ran off Highway 97 near Campbell Road about 2:30 p.m., according to a State Patrol report. The car crossed into a ditch and struck a driveway culvert. The vehicle then rolled several times and struck a fence.
