Century Mark: Ruth Clark

Friends and family of Ruth Clark of Wenatchee are invited to a Dec. 8 open house in honor of her centennial birthday.
It will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Meadow Ridge mobile home park clubhouse, 1630 Ninth St. in Wenatchee.
The family requests no gifts, but cards are welcome.
Ruth Clark was born on Dec. 29, 1912, in Tekoa.
She married Foster Clark on May 11, 1933, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
She and her late husband are the parents of two sons and daughters-in-law, Sam and Jane Clark of East Wenatchee and Art and Jennifer Clark of Deming.
Clark was a bookkeeper in Tekoa and Prosser.
She moved to Wenatchee in 1997.
She is a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Wenatchee.
Clark has six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
