AARP Driver Safety Program: 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 11 and 12, Wenatchee Valley Senior Activity Center, 1312 Maple St. Cost: $12 for AARP members, $14 for non-members. Topics include defensive-driving techniques and compensating for age-related changes in vision, hearing and reaction time. Drivers 55 and older who complete the course may qualify for an auto insurance premium discount. Pre-registration is required. Class size is limited. Contact: 670-8087.
