San Jose, CA

Te’dra Ryan Herrera-Wilson, a former longtime Wenatchee, WA resident and five year San Jose, CA resident, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2012, in San Jose. She was born on May 23, 1974, in Wenatchee, the daughter of Theodore “Ted” Ralph Herrera and Vicki Lynn (Fleming) Herrera. She was raised in Wenatchee and attended Rock Island Elementary school and later, Pioneer Junior High and graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1992 with honors. She continued her education at Renton Technical College, where she received her degree as a Clinical Massage Therapist. She went to work for Century Sports Massage in Federal Way, where she was employed for ten years. She moved to San Jose, CA in 2007. Her family and friends were her loves and she enjoyed spending time with them and laughing. She had a passion for the ocean, especially the dolphins and turtles, but loved her cats.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Jeanette Fleming; paternal grandparents, Leonard and Virginia Williams; half-brother, Lelando “Lenny” Herrera; her aunt, Jeanie Fleming Dickman; cousin, Mark Rosenberger; and step-brother Geoffrey Allen. She is survived by her mother, Vicki Fleming Allen of Wenatchee; father, Ted (Maria) Herrera of Chico, CA; maternal grandfather, William D. Fleming of Rock Island, WA; half-brother, Leif Herrera of Indianapolis, IN; step-brother, Brandon Allen of Florida; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Memorial Service is planned for Saturday, December 8, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at Heritage Memorial Chapel, 19 Rock Island Road, East Wenatchee, WA. Family and friends are invited to view her online guestbook and leave messages of condolence at: Arrangements are in the care of Heritage Memorial Chapel, East Wenatchee.
