Virginia 'Jinny' Wood

Virginia “Jinny” Wood, 74, of East Wenatchee, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012.

She had been a longtime East Wenatchee resident and had worked as a dental assistant, a receptionist for Wilbur-Ellis and a bookkeeper for NAPA Auto Parts.

Survivors incude her husband, Ivan Wood of East Wenatchee; her children, Brian Wells of Moses Lake, Mark Wells of East Wenatchee, Kelly Wells of Entiat, Bambi Nashem of Redding, Calif. and Patty Wood of Port Angeles; and her sisters, Sharron Parkin of Forest Grove, Ore. and Marilyn Martin of Okanogan.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14, at Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.

Arrangements are by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley.
