EAST WENATCHEE — Two Orondo residents were hospitalized Sunday afternoon in a three-car crash on Highway 2, about 12 miles north of East Wenatchee.
Hilario Bravo Lopez, 40, and his daughter Denisse Bravo, 8 were both in satisfactory condition at Central Washington Hospital this morning, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Bravo Lopez was driving north at about 3:15 p.m. when he lost control of his Ford Escort, struck a Toyota Corolla traveling south, and then slid broadside into a Toyota Highlander, also traveling in the southbound lane, the State Patrol reported.
Kevin A. Bergstrom, 54, of Methow — who was driving the Toyota Corolla — was not injured, the report said.
Lisa A. George, 45, of Lake Stevens — who was driving the Toyota Highlander — was injured but not transported to a hospital, it said.
She was not hospitalized, and her condition did not appear serious, according to State Patrol Lt. Kandi Patrick said
All people involved in the crash were wearing seatbelts, the report said.
