A Memorial Service of Commemoration to celebrate the life of Karen Lynn (Dennis) Tait will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., at Grace Lutheran Church in Cashmere. Memorials may be made in Karen's name to the Mayo Clinic at 13400 East Shea Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ 85259. In the memo line, put Karen Tait - Alzheimer's Research/Dr. Richard Caselli. Arrangements in care of Ward's Funeral Chapel, Leavenworth.
