Current sales tax rates for cities and counties being asked to approve a 0.1-percent increase to help pay off the Town Toyota Center debt:Wenatchee: 8.3 percent
The rest of Chelan and Douglas counties: 8.1 percent
How it breaks down in the two counties
6.5 percent goes to the state
1.0 goes to local governments
0.4 goes to Link transit
0.2 (in Wenatchee only) goes toward Town Toyota Center costs
0.1 goes to criminal justice
0.1 goes to RiverCom

Costs that include 1.5 million in attorney fees - Please report the true picture, not the watered down version to try and get the public's support.

I'm proud to be paying taxes - the only thing is - I could be just as proud for half the money. If politicians brains were taxed, they would receive a rebate.
Take a look at your tax bills and you'll quit calling them "cheap politicians."

Don't you just love our screwed up Legislature?Stick us with the TTC tab,$35.00 for access to land we already bought(Discover Pass) and own,another $20 for new licence plates we don't need,$4.00 Stripe tax for the roads, and I can go on all day.If you wonder why many people don't support this piece of *&^%, look at the entire picture.We are just plain tired of the State using us for fall guys while they keep spending like drunk sailors.
