Maryann René Harris married Gavin Keith Neal July 28 at Rocky Reach Dam.

Carla Friedlander of Wenatchee officiated the ceremony. She is the daughter of Randall and Deaetta Harris of Rock Island. His parents are Graden Neal of Boise, Idaho, and Paula Neal of Portland, Ore.

The couple were attended by Sarah Morgan of Spokane; Michelle Houck, Aleah Houck and Marella Houck, all of Tacoma, cousins of the bride; Jennifer Houck of Rock Island, cousin of the bride; Alexia Harris of East Wenatchee, cousin of the bride; Kayla and Chelsea Houck, both of Rock Island, cousins of the bride; Kacy Neal of Eugene, Ore., cousin of the groom; Brandon Harris of Rock Island, brother of the bride; and Austin Pine of Portland, cousin of the groom. A reception was held at McDee’s Art Center in Wenatchee.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Seaside, Ore. They are living in Wenatchee.

She graduated from Eastmont High School and the Academy of Hair Design in Wenatchee. She is a cosmetologist at J.C. Penney Salon in Wenatchee.

He graduated from Eastmont High School and completed union masonry schooling through the Job Corps in Yachats, Ore. He is an environmental service technician at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee.
