Wednesday, October 17, 2012
WENATCHEE Ballots for the Nov. 6 General Election were mailed out to registered voters in Chelan, Douglas and Grant counties today. Okanogan County ballots will go out Thursday.
Residents should receive their ballots between Thursday and Saturday, or by Monday in Okanogan County. Residents who don’t receive their ballots by early next week should contact their county auditor’s office, said Nissa Burger, Chelan County elections supervisor.
Drop boxes located throughout the counties will open today. Ballots can be returned anytime until 8 p.m. Nov. 6. Ballots returned by mail must be postmarked by Nov. 6.
