Quincy defensive end Carter Bushman made a play in the Jackrabbits’ 53-0 win over Okanogan on Friday that exemplified the team’s defensive effort in its last five games. Bushman found himself on the opposite side of the field from where Bulldogs quarterback Clay Ashworth’s pass went to. Undeterred, Bushman sprinted the entire width of the field to assist on the tackle of Okanogan’s receiver.
