WENATCHEE -- Power is now expected to be restored by 2 p.m. following an early morning outage near the courthouse. Crews, still at work, originally thought they could get the lights back on by noon. A problem in an underground vault at Yakima and Methow streets knocked out power to about 450 Chelan County PUD customers this morning. Christine Pratt: 665-1173 pratt@wenatcheeworld.com
