EPHRATA — Grant County commissioners are looking for an alternate member of the Grant County Water Conservancy Board.
The board considers water right transfer applications. Board members are volunteers, but may be reimbursed for travel expenses and training costs.
Those interested must live in Grant County or an adjoining county, and must attend 32 hours of training through the state Department of Ecology.

Applications will be accepted until Aug. 13.
